Chemistry-design diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapors. The two-stage construction provides the advantageous combination of high pumping speed and low ultimate vacuum. All major parts in contact with pumped media are made of chemically resistant fluoroplastics. Well-proven PTFE-sandwich diaphragms increase reliability and extend operating life. The MZ 1C pump is equipped with a gas ballast valve for continuous condensate purge increasing the pumping capability of condensable vapors. It features slim design for space-saving installation and good vacuum performance. DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES
FOB5 autoclave series has a wide range of chamber volumes and come with both single and double vertical sliding door:
FOB5 series can be designed with a single or double stainless steel sealing flange (BIOSEAL), making it suitable for laboratory risk category L3 and L4 and operating theater. FOB5 Lab Sterilizers have two high-efficiency internal 316L stainless steel plates which can be used as heat-exchanger system for steam preheating, to cool the chamber temperature down by using cold water.
Moreover – as an option – these plates can be used to perform final drying.
FOB5 autoclaves are made of 316L stainless steel as well as pneumatic valves and hydraulic components.
Full and easy accessibility to technical area from the front and lateral side allows service and regular maintenance. External trolleys are fully compatible with FGW Fedegari Glassware Washer Series to assure integration between cleaning and sterilization processes in your laboratory.

A reliable control of O₂ is essential for cultivating cells (proliferation and metabolism of stem cells) and microorganisms with low/no oxygen demand. The O₂ controller reduces the O₂ level from ambient (20.95% at dry air; normoxia) to approximately 0% O₂ (hypoxic). A digital PID controller adjusts the N2 flow rate to maintain the desired O₂ value.
