The magnetic stirrer Hei-PLATE Mix 'n' Heat Expert convinces with its intuitive handling: Thanks to respectively one display per main function (stirring and heating), you have an easily legible eye on all values and settings at any time. The handling is made via two push-and-rotary controls with LED-rings for an easy identification of the active functions. Separate timers for heating and stirring functions create flexibility and let you control your experiments better. The user-friendly menu navigation makes working with this device particularly easy.
For controlling the temperature, you can choose between three heating modes: FAST for a particularly quick heating, as well as PRECISE and PRECISE+ for a particularly exact control of your target temperature without overshoot - this is how sensitive samples are optimally protected. Therefore, the device is compatible with the temperature sensor Pt1000 as well as the double sensor Pt1000 that allows the measurement in your sample and in the bath liquid simultaneously.
For the stirring speed, there is a three-stage setting (start-up behavior). Furthermore, you can set the rotational direction of the magnetic stirring bar and benefit from the automatic stir bar detector. As a result, your sample is optimally stirred at any time, even when there are irregularities while stirring.
This magnetic stirrer is equipped with the most important safety features. The large safety distance between the heating plate and the control panel, as well as the visual residual heat indicator at temperatures > 50 °C, protect against burns.

Thanks to the 2D-rocking movement and a speed range of 1 – 80 rpm, more vigorous but continuously gentle shaking of the samples is ensured. Containers are safely fixed on the anti-slip rubber mat even at high speeds.
Your applications can be carried out in continuous operation or by means of a timer. The integrated timer function (1 min to 999 h 59 min) and RS 232 interface enable unsupervised operation, so that you can attend to other tasks without a worry. The device activation and partly automated processes can be carried out remotely via the connection to the PC or via server-based software, e.g. Hei-PROCESS. In addition, the automatic restart, e.g. after power failures, can be set with the user-friendly menu structure.

Two variants of this device are available: with a tilt angle of 10° to prevent foaming and 5° to prevent additional risks such as glass breakage and spill over of liquids.

KB PRO 720 plant growth chamber with LED plant light module
The Binder KB PRO 720 refrigerated incubator can be easily converted for plant cultivation purposes thanks to the built-in LED lighting modules. The intuitive control unit can be mounted on the outside of the chamber using the included mounting elements, while the LED light strips can be positioned freely inside the chamber using metal clips. The system features three separately controllable color channels (warm white, cool white, deep red), which can be programmed in real time, allowing precise adjustment to the plants’ needs at every stage of growth.
