Nabertherm LV 3/11/C550 ashing furnace
Ashing furnace LV ../11 is designed especially for ashing processes to 1050 °C in the laboratory. Applications include determining loss on ignition, ashing food and plastics for subsequent substance analysis. A special fresh-air and exhaust air system ensures that the air is replaced 6 times per minute so that there is always sufficient oxygen for the ashing process. Incoming air passes the furnace heating and is pre-heated to ensure good temperature uniformity.

Nabertherm L 9/11/SKM/C550 muffle furnace with embedded heating elements in the ceramic muffle
We particularly recommend the muffle furnace L 9/11/SKM for heat treatment of aggressive substances. The furnace has a ceramic muffle with embedded heating from four sides. The muffle furnace thus combines a very good temperature uniformity with excellent protection of the heating elements from aggressive atmospheres. Another aspect is the smooth, nearly particle free muffle (furnace door made of fiber insulation), an important quality feature.

ISF1-Z Models

• The innovative ISF1-Z Peltier uses long life peltier elements for precise heating and cooling and also for humidity control. This eco-friendly concept makes coolants or compressors unnecessary. The humidity control of the ISF1-Z Peltier is able to humidify and dehumidify up to 50% compared with the ambient relative humidity.

100% stainless steel for easy cleaning

Hygienic design

A system that grows with your needs
• Up to three ISF1-Z incubators can be stacked providing more shaking capacity without taking up more floor space in the lab. Stacking is a simple procedure without the need for special tools or stacking kits. Each machine operates independently. The ISF1-Z incubator shakers are mixable in stack with ISF1-X/W incubators.

Kühner Special universal tray FUM-V
A special F-size universal tray (800x420mm) is now available to shake large Erlenmeyer flasks. It is ideal for cell culture.
This tray allows parallel shaking of 7 x 3L Corning Fernbach culture flasks or 7 x 5L Thomson Optimum Growth flasks at a maximum orbital diameter of 50mm. The FUM-V has no handles and a V support underneath the tray raises it above the clamping mechanism creating more space for flasks.

Space saving stackable incubator shaker
The Kuhner LT-X (Lab-Therm) incubator shaker has the same capabilities as the larger ISF1-X and ISF4-X models. The incubator shaker was specially developed to address the shaking needs of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. The practical size of the LT-X means it will fit in any laboratory.

Large incubator shaker with a minimal footprint and up to five independent shaker units
The Kuhner ISF4-X incubator shaker offers large shaking capacity with temperature, humidity and CO2 control all available. The shaker cabinet can incorporate four or even five independent shaking units which are height adjustable. The shaking diameter and speed of each unit can be individually selected. Standard diameters are 12.5, 25 and 50 mm. Other shaking diameters are possible.

In addition, the VARIO control algorithm maintains the desired vacuum level by running the motor only as fast as necessary. This prevents bumping and foaming, makes the pump whisper quiet, and extends maintenance intervals. The inlet separator, made of glass with a robust protective coating, prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump, preventing damage and extending pump life. And the exhaust vapor condenser allows for nearly complete recovery of solvents when used with a chilled water line or recirculating chiller for economical recycling and environmental protection.
