THREE NEW VIDEOS ABOUT THE KÜHNER SB10-X BIOREACTOR

In the last weeks, Kühner released three new videos about the orbital shaken benchtop bioreactor SB10-X with single-use bags.The SB10-X is applicable for any type of cell culture process, including perfusion workflows, with human (also stem cells), mammalian, plant, and insect cells. With the standard vessel module, it has a working volume of 4 to 12 liters. The SB10-X is used in research, process development or as a pilot scale bioreactor. Costumers use the bioreactor for instance in the areas of vaccine and antibody production, gene therapy, stem cell cultivation, and artificial meat production. With the 3L-vessel module of the SB10-X, users can perform cell cultivations in single-use bags in small working volumes ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 Liters. The relatively small working volume allows the execution of very cost-efficient perfusion processes since the consumption of costly cell culture media is kept at a necessary minimum.
