Heating elements on support tubes radiating freely into the furnace chamber provide for particularly short heating times for these muffle furnaces. Thanks to their robust lightweight refractory brick insulation, they can reach a maximum working temperature of 1300 °C. The Binder KB PRO 260 incubator is an ideal choice for photostability testing in accordance with ICH guideline Q1B. The unit can be easily equipped with the ICH LQC light module, which provides UV and visible (VIS) light to create a standardized test environment. The ICH LQC module also includes a VIS and a UVA sensor for precise light dose control. The lighting switches off automatically once the programmed light dose reaches the desired value, ensuring that the test is carried out under fully controlled conditions. BINDER ICH-LQC light module
The ICH-LQC light module contains two spherical light sensors in addition. The VIS sensor measures the illuminance of visible light and the UVA sensor measures the irradiance of UVA light. Both sensors evaluate the light with a spherical characteristic, which is useful for three-dimensional test objects. The light dose must be increased by a factor of 1.5 for photostability tests on flat test objects, such as printed products.

The ICH light module is also connected to the climate chamber via a data cable and the light control runs via the program controller. The light dose to be achieved for the two types of light is entered in the controller (typically 1.2 Mlx h visible light and 200 Wh/m² UVA) and the light cassettes are automatically switched off individually once the dose has been reached.

OmniaTap xs touch is the intelligent compact system with intuitive touchscreen operation when both pure and ultrapure water is required in small quantities. The combination of state-of-the-art treatment techniques enables the extraction of pure and ultrapure water from just one system. It can be connected directly to a drinking water pipe.

The flexible dispenser is used to extract category I ultrapure water. The removal takes place at the push of a button via the digital control of the dispenser.
The adaptable pure water tanks with a volume of 7, 30 or 60 liters enable the continuous withdrawal of type II laboratory water for other applications. A pure water storage tank is required to operate the OmniaTap devices, which can be ordered separately.

Ashing furnace LV(T) .. 11 is designed especially for ashing processes to 1050 °C in the laboratory. Applications include determining loss on ignition, ashing food and plastics for subsequent substance analysis. A special fresh-air and exhaust air system ensures that the air is replaced 6 times per minute so that there is always sufficient oxygen for the ashing process.
