What makes the Sigma 4 5KL benchtop centrifuge so attractive?
The Sigma 4-5KL refrigerated centrifuge is recommended for all applications in which the room temperature must be main tained. To save energy and reduce costs, the refrigerated centri fuge offers the ECO mode feature. After a user-settable time, the centrifuge automatically switches to standby mode if it is not being used. Along with being energy efficient, this improves the working atmosphere in the lab by switching off the refrigeration to signifi cantly reduce the noise level. The refrigerated centrifuge has a very small footprint and offers good value for money.

The more powerful VALEGRO recirculating coolers are designed for larger and more complex applications. They feature a precisely adjustable, increased pump pressure up to 3.5 bar.

Whether in the laboratory, research, or production, the VALEGRO 801H recirculating coolers offer a constant cooling capacity of 0.8 kW at 20 °C, supporting stable processes around the clock. These modern units offer precise temperature control for a wide range of applications and, thanks to their compact design, fit seamlessly into any working environment. The refrigeration circuit uses an eco-friendly, natural refrigerant.

When designing the VALEGRO recirculating coolers, the focus was on maximum user-friendliness. Many helpful features such as a timer function, a removable venting grid that does not require tools, and an illuminated and simple to clean level indicator make daily work easier. The inclined OLED touch display is easy to read and ergonomic to use. The intuitive menu navigation allows quick access to all functions. DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

Heating elements on support tubes radiating freely into the furnace chamber provide for particularly short heating times for these muffle furnaces. Thanks to their robust lightweight refractory brick insulation, they can reach a maximum working temperature of 1300 °C. These muffle furnaces thus represent an interesting alternative to the familiar L(T) ../12 models, when you need a higher application temperature.

What makes the Sigma 4 5L benchtop centrifuge so attractive?
The optimised air handling of the Sigma 4 5L laboratory centrifuge ensures very low specimen heating and pleasantly quiet running. As an additional innovative feature, the IVD model of this device has a sensor to monitor the specimen limit temperature, making it a valuable tool for protecting sensitive specimens.

The extensive range of accessories is impressive. Along with tubes and flasks from 1.5 to 750 ml, it includes buckets to hold microtiter and deepwell plates. With RCF values up to 4,643 x g, the Sigma 4 5L is also well suited to centrifuging gel tubes. The maximum capacity per run of blood collection tubes for clinical in vitro diagnostics (IVD) is outstanding. Ashing furnace LV ../11 is designed especially for ashing processes to 1050 °C in the laboratory. Applications include determining loss on ignition, ashing food and plastics for subsequent substance analysis. A special fresh-air and exhaust air system ensures that the air is replaced 6 times per minute so that there is always sufficient oxygen for the ashing process. Incoming air passes the furnace heating and is pre-heated to ensure good temperature uniformity.
