The beer force test is a method used to determine the shelf life and stability of beer. This test is performed to analyze a beer's shelf life and tendency to microbiological or chemical change. The objective of this test is to quickly predict the beer's behavior over long storage periods. This is done by bottling beer samples and simulating artificial, accelerated aging by means of temperature cycles. This is repeated until an initial turbidity is detected by a photometer. The force test is particularly useful for breweries optimizing their product quality assurance process, helping them identify potential problems before their beer is released to the market.

DYNEO DD-1201F-BF has all the temperature profiles necessary to perform the force test, for both stabilized and untreated beer, already installed. If specific changes to the program settings are needed, the user can make these changes at any time and in a simplified manner.

These chemistry vacuum systems have a wide range of applications like evacuation, evaporation and pumping of gases and vapors. They provide a particularly high pumping speed and are ideal for higher vacuum requirements, e.g., with high boiling solvents. The base pump MD 12C NT obtains a very good ultimate vacuum even with gas ballast and features high performance in a compact design. The consistent design for highest chemical resistance enables almost universal usage in chemistry and pharmaceutics. The waste vapor condenser at the outlet (EK) is highly efficient and compact. The condenser enables near-100-percent solvent recovery, efficient recycling and active protection of the environment. An optional separator at the inlet (AK) made of glass with protective coating retains particles and liquid droplets and can be mounted later to this system.

DYNEO DD Heating Immersion Circulator
DYNEO DD heating circulators for internal and external applications are equipped with closed bath tanks. The tanks are well insulated and include a coil for counter-cooling.
