Sigma 2-7 laboratory benchtop centrifuge
The Sigma 2-7 compact benchtop centrifuge arose from the experiences and desires of our customers. It combines advanced technology with high capacity and sets standards for ergonomic operation and quiet running.

The maximum RCF of more than 2,500 x g is suitable for many application areas in clinical diagnostics, veterinary medicine, pharmaceutics, environmental analysis and industrial production, as well as universities and research facilities.

What makes the Sigma 2‑7 benchtop centrifuge so attractive?
The Sigma 2‑7 scores with innovative features. One highlight is the blue LED running indicator, which enables operators to see from a great distance whether the run has ended. Other unique features are the 10 program storage locations (unequalled in its class) and the optional programmable centrifuge standstill and start times. This delayed start feature has been specifically developed for working with blood collection tubes in clinical in vitro diagnostics (IVD). The necessary clotting time can be preset on the device to help improve work processes.

The benchtop centrifuge is available with numerous swing-out and fixed-angle rotors, along with various buckets and adapters. The extensive range of accessories can accommodate tubes and flasks from 1.5 ml to 100 ml as well as microtiter and deepwell plates.
