Bandelin SONOREX TECHNIK RM 212 UH ultrasonic bath
High-performance ultrasonic cleaner for versatile applications

The proven and particularly robust SONOREX ultrasonic baths clean thoroughly and gently by means of intensive cavitation bubbles, even in the hard-to-reach places of the cleaning objects.

A user-friendly rotary handle control is used for easy adjustment of the cleaning time. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning and disinfection concentrates are available as accessories for optimally coordinated ultrasonic cleaning.

The SONOREX TECHNIK range currently consists of 4 series with common characteristics:

• welded stainless steel cleaning tank, 2 mm
• overflow gutter: combined with an oil separator and or a filtering system to continuously remove dirt, oils and grease floating on the surface of the tank
• cleaning fluid filling level mark, facilitates dosing
• welded drain with three-way ball valve for emptying or filling the tank and connecting a filtration system
• additional drain for connecting an oil separator and draining the overflow gutter
• heating: all models are available with (UH) or without (U) heating: on / off with control indicator, thermostatic, adjustable from 30 to 80 ° C
• case protected against drops of water in stainless steel
• for baskets, possibility of having a motorized lift with agitation function
• possibility of making sets of 2 to 5 stations with ultrasonic bath, rinsing bath, drying tank with a motorized translator / elevator / agitator
• inclined tank bottom for better cleaning results by optimal sound propagation. This facilitates the emptying of the tank and makes it possible to avoid as much as possible the accumulation of dirt and residual liquids at the bottom of the tank.
• rounded corners of the tank on the sides and bottom facilitate cleaning of the tank. Adherent soiling is avoided.
