DYNEO DD Heating Immersion Circulator
DYNEO DD heating circulators for internal and external applications are equipped with closed bath tanks. The tanks are well insulated and include a coil for counter-cooling. An integrated drain tap makes emptying the tank safe and clean. The multilingual 3.5-inch color display and unique rotary knob provide for straightforward and intuitive operation.
Optional analog and digital interface
DYNEO thermostats can optionally be equipped with analogue and digital interfaces. To request the options, order number must be extended with .d for the digital and .a for the analog interface (9XXX XXXX.A / 9XXX XXX.D)

These chemistry vacuum systems have a wide range of applications like evacuation, evaporation and pumping of gases and vapors. They provide particularly high pumping speed and are ideal for higher vacuum requirements, e.g., with high boiling solvents. The base MD 12C NT pump obtains a very good ultimate vacuum even with open gas ballast valve for condensate purge and delivers high pumping speed in a compact design. The pump design offers exceptionally high chemical resistance supporting almost universal usage in chemistry and pharmaceutics. The inlet separator (AK) retains particles and liquid droplets, the waste vapor condenser at the outlet (EK) is highly efficient and compact. The VARIO® select DUO pumping units are consisting of a combination of two individual VARIO® pumping units, connected in parallel on the suction side and driven synchronously by one vacuum controller VACUU•SELECT.

The vacuum is controlled accurately. The speed of the two individual pumps is exactly adjusted to the vacuum needs. The controller allows both fully automatic distillations without any user pre-settings as well as specific and reproducible program sequences. The integration into existing control systems via digital and analog interfaces is also possible. This three-stage diaphragm pump is a powerful solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of non-corrosive gases to a vacuum level as deep as 1.5 mbar. With its high pumping speed, this pump is an excellent option for higher gas load applications or rapid pump down of vacuum chambers. All wetted parts are made of aluminum, stainless steel and carefully selected plastics suitable for a wide range of applications with non-corrosive gases.

The MD 12 NT VARIO select automatically adapts its motor speed to hold the desired vacuum level. That also means the pump is whisper-quiet and generates ultra-low vibrations, and has high leak tightness. The highly flexible fabric-reinforced double FKM diaphragm is ideal for extended operating life.

The VARIO design includes the variable speed pump and the VACUU·SELECT vacuum controller with an external gauge head.
