ATEX chemistry diaphragm pumps offer all advantages of oil-free chemistry diaphragm pumps. Typical applications are rotary evaporators and drying ovens with potentially explosive atmospheres. The ATEX approval includes the interior of the pump (in contact with pumped gases) as well as the surrounding area of the pump. All wetted parts of the pumps have excellent chemical resistance and are mainly made of antistatic materials. Included in delivery is a separate gas ballast connection part for use of inert gas.

This Heat-On Block is suitable for all applications in which a 4 liter round bottom flask is to be heated up.
The maximum temperature for continuous use is 260 °C. In order to measure this precisely with a temperature sensor, a small hole is provided on one side of the Heat-On Block.
For comfortable and safe transport of the Heat-On Blocks - especially in hot condition - optional safety lifting handles are available separately.
For an efficient reaction with no loss of media, it is recommended to use solvent volumes of up to 2 liter.

• The PTFE safety cover ensures even more safety for every application with a Heat-On insert.
• Despite the reduced danger when using Heat-On Blocks compared with a conventional heating bath, the risk of burns is not zero. We therefore recommend using a safety cover made of chemical-resistant, easy-to-clean PTFE.
• This safety cover is only suitable for the Multi-Well holder that encloses the Heat-On inserts.

The waste vapor condenser at the outlet (EK) is highly efficient and compact. The condenser enables near-100-percent solvent recovery. Included in delivery is a separate gas ballast connection part for use with inert gas.

This package includes the Multi-Well holder and 6 inserts for small round bottom flasks. The Heat-On inserts are suitable for 25-ml, 50-ml and 100-ml round bottom flasks respectively; a maximum of two flasks at a time can be received by the Multi-Well holder.
The maximum temperature for continuous use is 260 °C. In order to measure this precisely with a temperature sensor, a small hole is provided on one side of the Heat-On Block.
