Sigma 4-16KHS refrigerated benchtop centrifuge
The Sigma 4 16KHS refrigerated benchtop centrifuge excels with versatile rotor configurations and outstanding capacity. Large specimen volumes can also be processed efficiently thanks to the maximum capacity of 4 x 750 ml in a swing-out rotor or 6 x 250 ml a fixed-angle rotor. The especially smooth running ensures excellent and reproducible sedimentation results. With its versatile range of rotors, it is suitable for research labs, hospitals, universities and pharmaceutical labs, as well as cell culture and biotechnology applications applications – especially with specimens whose viscosity must be reduced during centrifugation.
What makes the Sigma 4 16KHS refrigerated benchtop centrifuge so attractive?
The Sigma 4 16KHS refrigerated benchtop is available with numerous swing-out and fixed-angle rotors as well as various buckets and adapters, including many biosafe configurations.
The extensive range of accessories can accommodate tubes and flasks from 0.2 ml to 750 ml as well as microtiter and deepwell plates.
The swing-out rotors can hold up to 3 litres (4 x 750 ml) or (for example) 16 x 50 ml tubes. The RCF values achievable with the configurations are best-in-class in this centrifuge segment. Highlights in the area of fixed-angle rotors include a 6 x 250 ml rotor with a maximum RCF of 13,131 x g and the ability to centrifuge 50 ml culture tubes at more than 23,000 x g.

With automatic rotor identification, run time and speed monitoring, password-protected access to the controller and secure program storage, the centrifuge ensures uncompromising safety. The Sigma 4 16KS also features a high-performance refrigeration system. The temperature adjustment range of the refrigerated and heated centrifuge is –20°C to +60°C.

DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES
FOB5 autoclave series has a wide range of chamber volumes and come with both single and double vertical sliding door:
FOB5 series can be designed with a single or double stainless steel sealing flange (BIOSEAL), making it suitable for laboratory risk category L3 and L4 and operating theater. FOB5 Lab Sterilizers have two high-efficiency internal 316L stainless steel plates which can be used as heat-exchanger system for steam preheating, to cool the chamber temperature down by using cold water.
Moreover – as an option – these plates can be used to perform final drying.
FOB5 autoclaves are made of 316L stainless steel as well as pneumatic valves and hydraulic components.
Full and easy accessibility to technical area from the front and lateral side allows service and regular maintenance. External trolleys are fully compatible with FGW Fedegari Glassware Washer Series to assure integration between cleaning and sterilization processes in your laboratory.

Julabo Lift-up bath cover for PURA 22 transparent
