Esco Versati MCV & Versati MCR microliter centrifuges

Microliter centrifuges can be used in ambient temperature (MCV) and refrigerated (MCR) versions. Up to 44 x 1.5 / 2.0 ml capacity, 12 x 5 ml tubes, or 4 x 8 PCRs can be placed simultaneously. With a hematocrit rotor, 24 capillary tubes can be placed at a time.

Versati™ Micro Ventilated Centrifuge
A micro centrifuge is a laboratory equipment used for the separation of microliter heterogeneous samples. This device works by spinning the samples loaded in a rotor at high speed. It undergoes a centrifugation process which involves the use of centrifugal force for the separation of particles or macromolecules.
Separation of heterogeneous mixtures are now easier, safer, and high-yielding with the Versati™ Micro Ventilated Centrifuge. Esco ventilated micro centrifuge was developed with your molecular biology routine applications in mind. It has a maximum speed of 15,000 rpm (21,380 x g), maximum volume capacity of 44 x 1.5/ 2.0 ml. Additionally, our micro ventilated centrifuge has a hematocrit rotor which can accommodate 24 capillaries per run.
Esco Versati™ centrifuges’ compact design saves space in your lab and its low noise performance is preferred in any working area.
Micro tubes (from 1.5ml to 5ml) are used in micro centrifuges for the following applications:
• Sample pelleting
• Sedimentation
• Preparation
• Purification
