Vacuubrand chemistry-HYBRID pump RC 6
The RC 6 chemistry-HYBRID pump is a combination of a two-stage rotary vane pump and a two-stage chemistry diaphragm pump for optimized corrosion resistance. The diaphragm pump maintains the oil reservoir under vacuum in order to keep the partial pressures of solvent vapors at levels below their condensation points and to reduce largely the concentration of oxygen and corrosive gases. Therefore the RC 6 chemistry-HYBRID pump has a much higher solvent vapor pumping capability and resistance to aggressive gases than conventional rotary vane pumps.
Performance features:
• Reduced internal corrosion, even when working with corrosive vapors
• Oil changes typically reduced 90% or more compared with rotary vane pumps alone
• Most economical solution: In practical operation a cold trap is often no longer necessary
• Ease of maintenance due to telescopic design
Technical Data:
• Number of heads: 2
• Inlet connection: small flange KF DN 16
• Ultimate vacuum with gas ballast: 0.01 mbar

Vacuubrand screw pump VACUU·PURE® 10
Screw pump for non-corrosive applications
The dry screw pump VACUU•PURE® 10 reliably delivers the benefits of oil-free vacuum technology in the pressure range down to 10-3 mbar. VACUU•PURE 10 combines three important benefits for the user: 100% oil-free, no abrasion, and no wear parts.
VACUU•PURE 10 is ideal for clean processes which require a dry and hydrocarbon-free vacuum. The spindles of the screw pump run contact-free and are thus free of abrasion and wear. The screw pump is especially designed for processes in the vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar, however unlike other fine vacuum technologies it can be used across the entire pressure range from atmospheric pressure to its ultimate vacuum. The evacuation of even larger systems from atmospheric pressure down to the 10-3 mbar vacuum range can be done without changing the vacuum pump.
VACUU•PURE easily handles high levels of vapor accumulation through its extraordinary condensate compatibility. Thanks to this capability, a gas ballast is unnecessary, avoiding associated disadvantages like the reduction in pumping speed and an increase in noise levels. The integrated regeneration mode enables rapid drying of the pump at the end of the process. This allows sample throughput to be increased significantly as compared to other pump technologies.
VACUU•PURE is also available in a chemically resistant design for working with aggressive gases and vapors.

Vacuubrand screw pump VACUU·PURE® 10C
Screw pump for aggressive gases and vapors
The dry screw pump VACUU•PURE® 10C reliably delivers the benefits of oil-free vacuum technology in the pressure range of 10-3 mbar. The new vacuum pump combines three important benefits for the user: 100% oil-free, chemically resistant, and no wear parts.
VACUU•PURE 10C is ideally suited for clean processes and the production of pure products. The screw pump is especially designed for processes in the vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar, however unlike other fine vacuum technologies it can be used across the entire pressure range from atmospheric pressure to its ultimate vacuum. At the same time, aggressive gases and vapors can be pumped without any worries because of the high chemical resistance. The use of a cold trap is no longer necessary in the majority of applications.
VACUU•PURE easily handles high vapor loads through its extraordinary condensate compatibility.
For work performed with non-corrosive gases and vapors, there is the specially designed model VACUU•PURE 10.

• Chemical-resistant tubing and fittings prevent system degradation due to corrosion
• Specially-designed vacuum fixtures ensure deep, stable vacuum and isolate users from one another
• Perfect for renovations, retrofits, and new construction
Benefits
• Deep, stable vacuum – 1.5 torr (2 mbar) at the point of use means you can eliminate many individual pumps
• Isolated – minimizes interference and cross-contamination risk among users
• Modular and scalable – suitable for any size project, from a single lab bench to an entire lab building; no need to overbuild ‘just in case’
• Adaptable – upgrade, move, or expand systems easily as needed
• Sustainable – reduces power consumption by up to 70-90% vs. central vacuum systems; eliminates water consumption and contamination caused by use of water jet aspirators
• Economical – low upfront cost per user through ‘right-sized’ installation; microscopic operating costs due to ultra-low maintenance and power consumption
