VARIO® diaphragm pump in action
The MV 2 VARIO select is a four-stage diaphragm pump that offers continuous, oil-free pumping of non-corrosive gases at very low vacuum levels, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is constructed with durable materials like aluminum and stainless steel and incorporates a variable speed motor that adjusts to maintain optimal vacuum levels quietly and with minimal vibration.
The pump features a fabric-reinforced double FKM diaphragm designed for an extended operating life, and the VARIO® system includes precise vacuum control through the VACUU·SELECT controller and an external gauge. This setup ensures efficient performance and longevity of the pump components, particularly under the rigorous conditions required in physics and analytics applications where a clean, high vacuum is essential.
