The shaker platform with flat rubber mat 2000 included in the scope of delivery increases the plate area by 71.5% compared to the Hei-SHAKE Rock Core.

Thanks to the 2D-rocking movement and a speed range of 1 – 80 rpm, more vigorous but continuously gentle shaking of the samples is ensured. Containers have a secure grip on the anti-slip rubber mat even at high speeds.

Your applications can be carried out in continuous operation or by means of a timer. The integrated timer function (1 min to 999 h 59 min) and RS 232 interface enable unsupervised operation, so that you can attend to other tasks without a worry. The device activation and partly automated processes can be carried out remotely via the connection to the PC or via server-based software, e.g. Hei-PROCESS. The Hei-PLATE Mix 'n' Heat Ultimate magnetic stirrer paves the way for future-oriented working practices: thanks to its equipment with numerous interfaces, it meets all requirements for digitalization and network. The RS232 and USB B interfaces allow a control via our Hei-Control software, free of charge, as well as our Hei-PROCESS solution. With the LAN interface, you can directly integrate the device into a network, whereas the USB A interface located at the front allows data logging via USB stick. Use the USB C interface and combine the magnetic stirrer with the electric Heidolph lab jack to work even more comfortable and secure.

For controlling the temperature, you can choose between three heating modes: FAST for a particularly quick heating, as well as PRECISE and PRECISE+ for a particularly exact control of your target temperature without overshoot - this is how sensitive samples are optimally protected. Therefore, the device is compatible with the temperature sensor Pt1000 as well as the double sensor Pt1000 that allows the measurement in your sample and in the bath liquid simultaneously. The possibility to program ramps and to create profiles, gives you the full control and increases the precision and reproducibility of your experiments.

For the stirring speed, there is a three-stage setting (start-up behavior). Furthermore, you can set the rotational direction of the magnetic stirring bar and benefit from the automatic stir bar detector. OmniaLab ED is the system of choice when pure water is required for the complete laboratory supply. The system meets international waterstandards such as ASTM, ISO 3696, CLSI and is economically maximised through the combination with continuous self-regenerating electro-deionisation, In addition, the OmniaLabED system holds 100 litres of ASTM II pure water in a storage tank with quality recirculation for withdrawal. The flexible positioning of the reprocessing modules allows the OmniaLabED to be used as a tower unit, mobile on castors or space-saving in a laboratory base cabinet. OmniaLabED is predestined for supplying autoclaves or laboratory dishwashers and ultrapure water systems.
The Optifilltouch dispenser integrated as standard is an all-rounder. The ergonomic shape allows all quality parameters to be operated and monitored with one hand.
