Heidolph Hei-FLOW Ultimate 120 Multi peristaltic pump
Accurate dosing is particularly important in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food sector.
Comprehensible process conditions are a prerequisite for the safe conveyance of sensitive media. This is ensured by a control accuracy of ±1% and precise speed adjustment (5 — 120rpm). In addition, an optional foot switch allows the pump to be operated in closed exhaust hoods. The parameters - speed, direction of rotation and on/off function - can be controlled externally either through the analog or digital interface. In this model, you can choose between a single-channel or multichannel pump head. Flow rates vary depending on the pump head: the single-channel head has a flow rate of 0.38 — 813 ml/min; for the multi-channel head 0.005 — 364 ml/min. Depending on the focus of the process, the following parameters can be set on the device: Speed, tubing diameter, flow rate display, metering volume, interval dosing and break times. The pump can be calibrated for optimum dosing results.

This peristaltic pump is ideal for the simple conveying of all media. The pump drive of this model makes it possible to switch between a single channel and multi-channel pump head. By simply flipping the switch, it can also be conveyed in an anti-clockwise direction. Depending on the adapted pump head, a flow rate of 0.83 - 861 ml/min for the single-channel and 0.005 - 364 ml/min for the multi-channel pump head is guaranteed. The pump drive of the model 120 of the Hei-FLOW Expert series can be operated with either single-channel or multi-channel pump heads. The flow rates with single-channel pump heads are in the range of 0.38 — 813 ml/min; with multi-channel pump eads from 0.005 — 329 ml/min. Are you screening using large numbers of 50ml bioreactors (TPP, Falcon tubes etc.)? Then our new EPFL-table is the ideal solution. This table accepts tube holders, each with a capacity of 24 x 50ml tubes. Each tube holder has its own clamp handle allowing it to be easily taken out of the incubator shaker and put on a clean bench while the other tubes keep on shaking. It’s also possible to shake microtiter plates on the EPFL-table, using Duetz 4-place coverclamps. If you have a Kuhner F-size tray (800 x 420mm), you can also clamp that on the table instead of individual holders.
