The new VALEGRO recirculating coolers are environmentally friendly all-rounders for a wide range of cooling and heating tasks. They are characterized by a good ratio between cooling capacity and unit size as well as an optimal usability.

The modern units offer precise temperature control for a wide range of applications in laboratories, industry and research and fit seamlessly into any working environment thanks to their compact design. They work with an environmentally-friendly, natural refrigerant and can be ideally adapted to the requirements of the customer's application thanks to the adjustable pump. When designing the VALEGRO recirculating coolers, the focus was on maximum user-friendliness.

Many helpful features such as a timer function, a removable venting grid that can be removed without tools or an illuminated and easy-to-clean level indicator make daily work easier.

The inclined OLED touch display is easy to read and ergonomic to operate. The intuitive menu navigation provides simple and quick access to all functions. Warnings and messages in easy-to-understand full-text language ensure safe handling of the units at all times.

In addition to RS232 and USB-C interfaces, the VALEGRO recirculating coolers are also available with Ethernet (optional). All interfaces are located directly under the display and are easy to use from the front.

The Sigma 2‑7 Cyto combines the highlights of the Sigma 2‑7 laboratory centrifuge with state-of-the-art cytology centrifugation. This compact centrifuge excels in cytology labs with its perfectly matched accessories for the gentle and quiet depositing of cells on specimen slides and the possibility of repurposing the centrifuge for cell harvesting or processing of blood collection tubes. Along with saving space in the lab, this is a boon in economic terms.

It is ideal for gentle centrifugation in cytology labs to transfer cells to specimen slides for morphological assessment under the microscope. Cytodiagnostics, in which cells from bodily fluids or organs are subjected to microscopic examination to detect malignant cell changes, for example as part of cancer treatment, is a crucial application area for the Sigma 2‑7 Cyto.

What makes the Sigma 2‑7 Cyto so attractive?
This versatile benchtop centrifuge features barely audible running noise, a blue LED running indicator, ten program memory locations, and the availability of two curves each for braking and acceleration. Cytology rotors for the preparation of thin-film cell specimens and other swing-out rotors for cell harvesting or the preparation of blood collection tubes can be used.

Up to twelve specimens can be processed at the same time in the closed cytology rotors. There is a choice of cytology rotors designed for the RESOSPIN® clip system or the Shandon™ clip system. The cytology rotors can be autoclaved and have outstanding safety features for users and the centrifuge. The closed portable rotor protects the user before, during and after centrifugation of the specimens and allows loading in a laboratory fume cupboard or on a bench.

In addition, the available swing-out rotors and extensive accessories can accommodate tubes and flasks from 1.5 ml to 100.

Two fixed-angle rotors provide a maximum capacity of 24 x 1.5/2.0 ml. Ashing furnace LV(T) .. 11 is designed especially for ashing processes to 1050 °C in the laboratory. Applications include determining loss on ignition, ashing food and plastics for subsequent substance analysis. A special fresh-air and exhaust air system ensures that the air is replaced 6 times per minute so that there is always sufficient oxygen for the ashing process. Incoming air passes the furnace heating and is pre-heated to ensure good temperature uniformity.

We particularly recommend the muffle furnace L 9/11/SKM for heat treatment of aggressive substances. The furnace has a ceramic muffle with embedded heating from four sides. The muffle furnace thus combines a very good temperature uniformity with excellent protection of the heating elements from aggressive atmospheres. Another aspect is the smooth, nearly particle free muffle (furnace door made of fiber insulation), an important quality feature.

Space saving stackable incubator shaker
The Kuhner LT-X (Lab-Therm) incubator shaker has the same capabilities as the larger ISF1-X and ISF4-X models. The incubator shaker was specially developed to address the shaking needs of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. The practical size of the LT-X means it will fit in any laboratory.

Large incubator shaker with a minimal footprint and up to five independent shaker units
The Kuhner ISF4-X incubator shaker offers large shaking capacity with temperature, humidity and CO2 control all available. The shaker cabinet can incorporate four or even five independent shaking units which are height adjustable. The shaking diameter and speed of each unit can be individually selected. Standard diameters are 12.5, 25 and 50 mm. Other shaking diameters are possible.
