Vacuubrand fluid aspiration system BVC basic
The BioChem-VacuuCenter BVC basic is designed for connection to an existing external vacuum source like a diaphragm pump or a vacuum network (e.g., VACUU•LAN®) and does not require electric power. The chemical-resistant mechanical vacuum controller always ensures an optimal operating vacuum. The controller opens only when needed thus limiting the gas load on the vacuum source. The evaporation of collected liquid is minimized. The inlet tubing integrated in the bottle head reduces aerosol and foam formation and ensures a long service life of the hydrophobic protection filter. ISF1-Z incubator shaker - the perfect solution for shaken cultivation processes
The ISF1-Z incubator shaker is suitable for applications in laboratories, research centers and production facilities. The ISF1-Z complies with GMP (good manufacturing practice) requirements and regulations. It offers a large shaking capacity with a small footprint and many features allowing straightforward, safe handling of any culture or product. The incubator shaker is applicable for microbial, plant, human and animal cell cultures.

ISF1-Z Models

100% stainless steel for easy cleaning
• The ISF1-Z is available in a 100% stainless steel finish. It can either be painted white or have a processed stainless steel look. Take a look at the video to see the advantages of having stainless steel inside and outside the shaker.
Quality
• The improved maintenance-free direct drive of the ISF1-Z is stronger, offers higher shaking frequencies and has a longer lifespan than ever. It guarantees accurate control and low energy consumption/heat dissipation even at high speeds. Kuhner’s direct drive system and the newly designed shaking table allows the shaking diameter to be changed at any time – quickly and easily. Different fixed shaking diameters (3, 6, 9, 12.5, 19, 25, 50, 70 mm) are adjustable. And even a stepless adjustment is available as an option.

Hygienic design
• The ISF1-Z is made of stainless steel inside and outside for easy and fast cleaning. The hygienic design complies with GMP requirements. The interior was designed according to DIN EN ISO 14159. It has rounded corners and a drain at the back for quick removal of any unwanted liquids. The direct drive system is completely covered and therefore protected from spills. The incubator chamber can be cleaned with chemicals or sterilized using optional UV lighting.
A system that grows with your needs
• Up to three ISF1-Z incubators can be stacked providing more shaking capacity without taking up more floor space in the lab. Stacking is a simple procedure without the need for special tools or stacking kits. Each machine operates independently. The ISF1-Z incubator shakers are mixable in stack with ISF1-X/W incubators.
Options, accessories, and more
• Numerous options and accessories are available for the ISF1-Z incubator shaker to fulfill any need of our customers regarding cultivations in shaken bioreactors. Moreover, all accessories are interchangeable between the new ISF1-Z incubators and its predecessors ISF1-X/W. The ISF1-Z offers even more interior space than its predecessor ISF1-X, e.g. to accommodate particularly big shake flasks. The ISF1-Z has clearly arranged displays on the front side (e.g. for shaking speed) with color change and an acoustic signal when an error/alarm occurs.
• Additionally, a fix or a tilting touchscreen version with our Kuhner Insight software is available. Serial interfaces (e.g. CAN) are arranged on the front side and the sensors in the inside are also easily accessible for a fast and comfortable work flow. The interior LED light is a color neutral light with low energy dissipation.
