The magnetic stirrer Hei-PLATE Mix 'n' Heat Expert convinces with its intuitive handling: Thanks to respectively one display per main function (stirring and heating), you have an easily legible eye on all values and settings at any time. The handling is made via two push-and-rotary controls with LED-rings for an easy identification of the active functions. Separate timers for heating and stirring functions create flexibility and let you control your experiments better. The user-friendly menu navigation makes working with this device particularly easy.

For controlling the temperature, you can choose between three heating modes: FAST for a particularly quick heating, as well as PRECISE and PRECISE+ for a particularly exact control of your target temperature without overshoot - this is how sensitive samples are optimally protected. All FVG series autoclaves are equipped with a built-in steam generator with automatic water feed pump. These autoclaves can treat a wide range of laboratory goods with reliable sterilization technology, such as: glassware and plastic articles, unwrapped instruments, machine parts and components, porous goods, culture media and liquids in open small size containers, laboratory regular waste in open bags.

DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES
FVG series can be provided in three different chamber useful volumes: 50 liters (FVG1) – 75 liters (FVG2) – 140 liters (FVG3).
Sterilization chamber and lid are made of 316L stainless steel, with mirror polished sanitary finishing. FVG operates at high-pressure (3,5 bar g) and temperature (140°C).
Exclusive horizontal swiveling lid with pneumatic gasket “rotate-and-seal”, for improved user safety. FVG is equipped with a heat recovering system for water preheating to steam generator, assuring utilities cost saving.
FVG has TSC 09 microprocessor control system with graphic color LCD display and an exclusive dual sensor system, by pressure and temperature, for double regulation and control of the sterilization process.

The muffle furnaces L have been proven for daily laboratory use. These models stand out for their excellent workmanship, advanced and attractive design, and high level of reliability.

• Heating from two sides by ceramic heating plates (heating from three sides for muffle furnaces L 24/11 - LT 60/12) for an optimal temperature uniformity
• Temperature uniformity of +/− 5 K with closed fresh-air inlet in empty work space according to DIN 17052-1 at working temperatures above 800 °C
• Thermocouple type S (1200 °C)
• Ceramic heating plates with integral heating element which is safeguarded and easy to replace

• Dual shell ventilated housing made of textured stainless steel sheets for low surface temperature and high stability
• Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as “refractory ceramic fiber” (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used.
