The Kühner SB50-X is an orbital shaken bioreactor for the cultivation of human, mammalian and plant cells in a single-use bag. It offers a large working volume of 15 to 50 liters, making it suitable for research, process development, and production. The system utilizes a single-use bag, eliminating the need for additional mixing devices and time-consuming cleaning and sterilization procedures.
